      Extremely Questionable Management

      - Some of the employees are genuinely a pleasure to work with - 20 days of accrued PTO per year

      Cons

      - High turnover rate within company - Empty promises are frequently made - The young management team does not have enough experience to be in C suite roles - People are given elevated titles that do not reflect experience level (see point above) - Employees are never paid on time - The company has been around for 4 years and acquired another company last year, yet still does not have a live product A word of advice, Google is your best friend. Do your research on the company and management team.

      Pros

      As with many great companies, communication is key. There are no shortage of people at Urban FT that are always willing to help you grow and succeed. A great environment for anyone that is willing to challenge themselves and in the process progress, accumulating an array of skills that are valuable at work and in life. The company is always transparent about things up front and there are no shortage of memorable moments that comes from building, bonding and bettering with each valuable colleague.

      Cons

      Though the work can be challenging at times while priorities and deadlines can be pressing, that is what gives anyone who works here their opportunity for real growth.
