Okayish work experience. Not relevant to the job role, but it's something.

Absolutely horrible work experience. The four people managing the company are extremely rude, inconsiderate, unorganised people I have ever come across. They claim to be working for livelihood empowerment and social causes so uplift the underprivileged. But their own employees are treated like subhumans. They run on ego alone and if you stand up for yourself, they will go to any lengths to threaten you and "show you your place". It's not at all worth joining this company if you want to retain your self worth and mental peace

On a serious note, there are no pros in this organization

The two women leaders control every minute detail in the organization. They do not let the employees work freely and want absolute decision-making power in their control. They bully employees during team meetings, and without prior notice, they have asked many employees to leave the organization without providing them with proper feedback.
