Dangerous work for low pay, though I hear they're unionizing so that should help hopefully. The work culture is pretty bro-y.

fly under the radar doing less than bare minimum

working with incompetent employees doing less than bare minimum, creating more work and tasks for those that do their job well. Management is weak and therefore don't manage much at all. Terrible at nipping issues in the bud constructively and with fair judgement. New hires are mostly people with no previous work experience and decide when they wanna show up to work and make their own rules and management does nothing.
