      Pros

      Unique, good coworkers, incredibly interesting merchandise. If it weren’t so toxic I’d love to work there for years to come.

      Cons

      sexual harassment, toxic management, toxic ownership, rampant retaliation and intimidation. Unethical pay. Every new hire drops everyone’s wages unless they bring in 95k a year. Pay structure might be illegal.

      Get to meet a lot of cool people and see cool building materials all day long.

      Cons

      Dangerous work for low pay, though I hear they're unionizing so that should help hopefully. The work culture is pretty bro-y.
