- amazing culture, still in touch with a lot of people i worked with, honestly miss working here all the time - varied work, always something creative to get stuck into if you work in marketing/brand/online - first company i've ever worked for where the 'family' feel isn't toxic

- pay is not amazing and it takes a while to progress

Office design could be improved to create more private collaborative spaces and areas to take calls but this is something that is already being worked on.
