In the two years that I have been working for UrbanLeaf I can honestly say that they are the most supportive, adaptive and ethically sound company i have ever worked for. Even before the pandemic began they were incredibly supportive, not just inside of work but outside of work as well. They have helped me grow as a person, honing my fundraising skills and built my confidence in the workplace. This is without even mentioning the impact they've have had on millions of peoples lives because of the charity work they've done across the world. Throughout the pandemic they have supported their staffs mental health by ensuring we all still had a sense of security in our jobs, they've stayed in constant contact with all fundraisers and have gone above and beyond to protect their staffs livelihood. Even in these uncertain times its good to know that I have the full support of such a reputable company.
