Pros
UserVoice has specifically nurtured a culture for development and personal growth. Not only will you be challenged professionally, you'll get the opportunity to make personal goals and work on them daily. In addition to personal growth, you will grow professionally. The org is very flat, so you're working with technical leaders and senior management daily. You'd have to try to not learn something from your peers. The employees here are very open-minded and accepting, both personally and professionally. There's no overarching architect gatekeeping the code from changing. UserVoice promotes a great work-life balance, benefits, compensation, snacks, etc. The management really does strive to keep their employees happy, and it shows on the ground floor. Lastly, both offices are in prime locations. It's just cool to work in the heart of downtown Raleigh.
Cons
The org being flat is a pro and a con. Some people may want to climb a corporate ladder to really see progression, but that's not here. The office can be a bit quiet some days.
