Pros

nostalgic memories but no current sense of value.

Cons

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart as I've witnessed a significant decline in UserWay since its acquisition by Level Access. The company culture that once valued true accessibility and integrity has been eroded, replaced by a sense of despair and power struggles. It's disheartening to see the parent company actively working to undermine the contributions of Userway's employees. Assets are being transferred without transparency, and the dedication of the team is being dismissed. I strongly advise anyone considering joining UserWay to think twice. This is no longer the company it once was. To make matters worse, UserWay's CEO and founder, Allon Mason, has completely vanished from the scene for the past three months. His absence speaks volumes about his priorities and his disregard for his employees. If he were to start another company, I would urge potential investors and employees to proceed with extreme caution. His actions have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, and his disregard for his team is a red flag.
