Leadership is toxic and backstabbing. Head of School is fake and takes advantage of staff. Board of directors have no idea what’s going on. Enrollment is dropping, and people should run from this place, not to it. Salary was LOW and they try to make it sound like working from home is part of the salary, but then expect you to not “enjoy” working from home. Leadership team is like a sorority of mean girls. Stride is a scam and UTVA drinks the toxic kool-aid and drizzles it down to the teachers.
