They keep low performing, difficult workers, with bad quality who can’t get any of their work done timely only because a relative got them the job. Insurance benefit costs at the doctor office are super high. This place insurance is only good if you have zero health issues. Difficult to move up and to another department. As a whole company is ran poorly across every division with many, many problems.
