Joining V12 can help you learn so many things and develop your skills, I have learned so much and still learning more, Working with V12 can be very challenging nevertheless people got to actually grow professionally within the company.

It gets really hard and stressful at some point like any other type of job

Working at V12software has been a very unique experience for me, I can say whole heartily!  I am in the sales department and we have a terrific sales team. Everyone try’s to help each other. This job is for people who want to succeed and most importantly want to contribute to the long term success and growth of the company. True, if you are not selling or at least trying it is not the job for you.  I have seen staff come in that worked very hard but just could not do sales and were moved to a different department because the company values great employees.  The management team will do everything they can to support you and that I truly love! If you can sell and have a great work ethic, I encourage you to join the team.  We are always looking for great sales people with great attitudes. I have been here over a year and will be here for many more.  I have seen the company grow in the right direction and know that there is more to come so I am in it for the long hall.
