      Pros

      Salary on time, yearly bonus , provides festival holiday.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a high work pressure for developer. Used old technologies jsp, servlet, jdbc. And a developer has to handle all the things i.e UI part, backend part , database as well as testing part also. Projects are already prepared so there are less chances to learn new things. They hire a fresher and put it in the project on the first day without training even without explaining the project.

      Pros

      Provide flexible working hours, and considerable of employee's personal status. Like provide me the chance to work remotely from US for accompanying with my family.

      Cons

      Not for company, but for me, it's a long time to work at home alone, cannot communicate frequently as in a physical working environment with colleagues.
