Pros
Office vibe and team culture is excellent, the open plan office encourages collaboration between departments and you are encouraged to share ideas with people outside of your team. As well as regular team drinks and incentives there are a number of company sports teams (rugby, football & cricket) for outside of work. The company is constantly growing and launching new tech products/services regularly. This ambition is contagious and shows employees the commitment to the future. A big focus is put on the quality of work provided to clients and forging a long term relationship with clients which is very different to previous firms I've worked at. They have just purchased the floor above our office and are turning it into a communal area with a bar, TV area, table tennis and large kitchen for all employees. The CEOs office is always open and welcomes people to speak to him as much as possible, a great leader.
Cons
Slightly small kitchen /lunch area, but should be fine when the new floor is refurbished with a large communal area.
