      Pros

      I joined VATGlobal in November 2018 having graduated from university in May and I cannot fault it as a first job. The working environment is generally laidback but the sales floor maintains the buzz you'd expect from a corporate city firm. VATGlobal's size gives you great exposure to senior management and they have always made it clear how keen they are to invest in us as individuals. This is reflected in the comparatively low attrition rate than is seen in sales roles at larger corporates.

      Cons

      Initial work as a Sales Consultant can be repetitive but this is rewarded through progression opportunities. The location of the office.
