      Pros

      Largest firm in the region, great compensation and fun work activities. Working with some of the best and brightest minds in the industry has been a privilege.

      Cons

      No 401K matching, Health Insurance is a weird "self insured" plan that goes through Cigna and its pricey and confusing. Management seems to have buried their heads in the sand and is completely removed from day-day operations. Constant turnover

      Nice office space, good projects, coworkers from a ton of different backgrounds and experience levels.

      Cons

      Parking can be difficult in the Trolley Square area.

      In a growing satellite location, opportunities arise to improve and become more efficient in communicating with the various leaders, given their schedules, limited time, and the need to wear several hats.
