      Knowledgeable design team, outstanding collaboration, and worthwhile projects.

      Cons

      They are really more of a full-time firm. Interns may find it difficult to apply here if the conditions aren’t right.

      Pros

      Largest firm in the region, great compensation and fun work activities. Working with some of the best and brightest minds in the industry has been a privilege.

      Cons

      No 401K matching, Health Insurance is a weird "self insured" plan that goes through Cigna and its pricey and confusing. Management seems to have buried their heads in the sand and is completely removed from day-day operations. Constant turnover
