Great coworkers, great travel opportunities, decent compensation once the Department of Labor addressed questionable practices.
Cons
Leadership does not have a solid vision for the future direction of the company, has a habit of advocating the firing of employees who ever asks questions, and despite knowing there are trust issues between them and the rest of the employees, is absolutely okay with lying. Management methodologies changed depending on whatever best-selling book caught their eye that month. Zero follow-through with promises.
