Pros
Co workers that were not in a management position were great to work with.
Cons
Too many to list. -Terrible leadership. Every person that is in a position of management there has no idea what it takes to lead a team. I would classify them as managers and not leaders. -Zero Trust. Recent events over a course of 8 months have shown that management cannot be trusted. They make false promises and terminate employees without any proper chain of discipline or warning. They claim to be accepting of criticism but provide zero effort to act upon said critiques.
