Thank you for your review. Yes we agree that VHA is a great place to develop caseload management experience. And yes for those that want to take on more clients the longer the hours but there is great flexibility and we encourage staff to take on a case load that meets their work life balance needs. Also at VHA we have the WorkSmart program that provides our employees with numerous opportunities for continuing education in leadership roles. Thanks again for your review.
