Dear Former General Manager, We are sorry to hear that you had to leave and did not discuss with us what may have been troubling you during your employment. Rest assured, we are working day and night to improve the environment at VISO so that the whole team has a great quality of life at work while making a great living. Turn-over is a sometimes not something we can escape because our goal is to find the right fit for the company and current team in terms of skills, experience, and culture. One of the most challenging activities is to find professionals in a niche industry who fit our company and vice versa. I am happy to report that since then, we have had no turn over and have hired 4 new professionals who are a great fit for the company.
