I've worked there for many years before quitting and moving onto better things. However, my time at VISO was worse than bad. My perception of the general work was that even if you are good at what you do you will be made to feel insignificant, confused and used, I've seen superstars here go from great to lifeless in weeks. The employees themselves have always been good people and I do not blame them for some actions they took just to survive and try to keep the job. C-level executives here used uncertainty and fear to shut people up and wedge a divide between employees. This company was a revolving door with poor souls hoping for a career constantly either quitting (good for them) or being fired. I cannot state much more than has already been noted in other reviews so I'll leave with my personal thought....Just stay away.
