      Pros

      They provide pizza for lunch on fridays.

      Cons

      Management will talk rudely to staff in front of other employees. Lack of training when starting out in the company. Given little notice before hand of travel. Upper Management has a lot of family relations, so easy for them to play favorites. Upper management was very hands off and provides little support. Asked to stay late and come in on weekends to finish projects.

      Pros

      Relatively small company so most people know each other. You are treated like a person, not just a cog in a machine. It is a growing company, so there is much room to grow and be a valuable part of the team.

      Cons

      It is a constantly adapting and every growing company, so roles within the company can change to tailor the needs of the company. This is only a con if you are set on a specific job and never want to change.
