Poor management, completely disorganized. Purchasing is in another country so it takes forever to order anything. Projects are constantly rushed resulting in poor quality and poor customer satisfaction. HR is very strict, company policies are not clearly explained. No training whatsoever. Seemingly random jobs are expected of you but you only find out when you get in trouble for not doing them. Almost complete lack of communication between upper management and everyone else, or they're micromanaging, depends on the day. Constant atmosphere of mistrust and overall lack of respect.

Management will talk rudely to staff in front of other employees. Lack of training when starting out in the company. Given little notice before hand of travel. Upper Management has a lot of family relations, so easy for them to play favorites. Upper management was very hands off and provides little support. Asked to stay late and come in on weekends to finish projects.
