The culture at the MY hub is a genuine worth to highlight, the team bonding is real, everyone is friendly and approachable, and it makes day-to-day work enjoyable. The TA Manager, who is experienced, trustworthy, transparent, and professional. It's the kind of leadership that sets the tone for the whole team. The company is performing well and that reflects in compensation bonus payouts have been good. If you come in with the right mindset and are willing to grow alongside the company, there's a lot of opportunity here. Think of it less like a traditional corporate role and more like being part of a startup journey that perspective makes all the difference.
Cons
The setup is fully WFO; didn't see the point of being fully WFO when your stakeholders or reporting line mostly not based in MY. Hoping the company considers a hybrid model in the future.
