Pros

U can do anything in this company, because no one going to teach you, they give you time to learn yourself.

Cons

They paid you the Australian minimum wages but expecting your design can be perfect as people who worked for 10 years. Also, you are working by urself, your team member doesn't have any experience in design such that, you have to check your design details by yourself, no mistake is allowed otherwise you will receive a warning letter.

Pros

- Opportunities to learn about the financial services/forex industry.

Cons

- Management structure: Reporting lines can be unclear, especially after restructures. Expectations are not always communicated consistently. - Office policy: Employees are required to work-in-office daily, even when their reporting managers are based overseas, which may limit efficiency. - Company culture: Although headquartered in Singapore, many leadership roles are held by China-based managers, which strongly influences communication style and decision-making. Roles that involve frequent collaboration with these teams may benefit from Mandarin proficiency. Candidates should clarify language expectations during the hiring process. - Turnover rate: Very high. Good to see HR’s effort to solve this.
