Managers and on-site managers were lovely. Lots of opportunities to take up extra hours. If you’re excellent at your job, you get sent to better sites for longer periods (return bookings)
Cons
Long hours, require constant adaptability, some sites have poor standards.

Pros
Vacherin has a great small business feel, the Directors and Owners come around and say hello often. They are a really good group of people who seem to genuinely care about their employees. And they seem to be really on top of food trends and what customers want producing amazing dishes.
Cons
It's not the most forward thinking business, many of the systems/procedures/tech is outdated and it can be very traditional, still only reacting to problems, not preventing them. But a lot of that has to do with the industry in general. Pay is average. Not much opportunity for promotion because it's a small company.
