Pros
Leave can be taken any day; No one will question you No work hours tracking; Only punch in time will be noted Best place for HR to work, Coz of less work (For every employee a hr will be hired - Even MNC won't do this)
Cons
Management is the worst cons of vagus; They don't have any plan on company's future You will be asked to leave the company any day if they don't want you ( No notice period will be given) Need to keep the mobile phones out Management is not ready to hear from the employees Irritating hr's (Some hr's are in the company for more than 5 years by just giving training and pretending like they are busy with work)
