Pros
- They really care about their employees, they managed my housing and made sure I have enough fun things to do off the clock
- Lots of learning opportunities!! I interned for them in 2013, and I'm most certain that i did not learn any less than my friends who work for the bigger name companies
Cons
- If you are a fresh grad and not sure if you will commit your next decade or so in this company, Vaillant probably won't be the diamond on your resume, especially if you are looking for opportunities outside of Europe.
