Great working environment, family atmosphere, quality maintenance & management works well with Inspection.

Smaller company, some slow times along with major overtime months. Nothing knew to the aircraft industry.

No Pros with this company, as Usual its an Oklahoma Mind set, and if your Useless and be Buddies with management then you'll stick around. If someone wants you Gone, they pull the Race Card and your Gone.

Everything, they want to act on the Big Stage, but Senior Manager's don't have a Clue, as Long as the Plane goes out the Door and they get Paid, its all Good, they wont come off the Money to make the Company Better, Still in a World War II Hangar, and no Accountability, Especially now that NEW Clueless people are in Charge.
