      Leadership care and employees are happy! During a difficult time, our company has found ways to keep our employees paid and growing in their careers. From the CEO down, the company cares.

      No cons to share. Normal business problems at times, but nothing unusual for any company.

      Pros

      No Pros with this company, as Usual its an Oklahoma Mind set, and if your Useless and be Buddies with management then you'll stick around. If someone wants you Gone, they pull the Race Card and your Gone.

      Cons

      Everything, they want to act on the Big Stage, but Senior Manager's don't have a Clue, as Long as the Plane goes out the Door and they get Paid, its all Good, they wont come off the Money to make the Company Better, Still in a World War II Hangar, and no Accountability, Especially now that NEW Clueless people are in Charge.
