None , other than having 25 years service with the previous company "INCO". Work five years to achieve 30 years for pension and I TOOK IT not on day more than my 30 years
Cons
Third world mentality and ethics . Vale's regards employees as a liability rather than an asset . Vale invests large sums of money towards public relations that doesn't reflect it true values .
