      Pros

      Exposure to lots of variety of systems machinery. Lots of opportunities to move around. Lots of problem solving and changes to be involved with.

      Cons

      Hierarchical structure. Cheap on merit increases. Always seems to be on the brink of bankruptcy whether true or not, but used as a constant excuse to suppress wage increases
