The person in charge presents himself as friendly, but consistently crosses professional boundaries - making inappropriate comments, touching employees unnecessarily, and then gaslighting them into thinking it's harmless. It’s clear that his behaviour is not innocent, and it creates a very uncomfortable and unsafe work environment, especially for women.
