This company has no HR, no proper structure, and no safe channels to report concerns. The person in charge presents himself as friendly, but consistently crosses professional boundaries - making inappropriate comments, touching employees unnecessarily, and then gaslighting them into thinking it's harmless. It’s clear that his behaviour is not innocent, and it creates a very uncomfortable and unsafe work environment, especially for women. There is no one to report to, no accountability, and no action taken. If you're considering working here, be aware that there is zero protection or support.
