Upper management gives direction without black and white instructions. They’d purposely ignore when asked for written notice. Then when things happen, they will make someone a scapegoat. When you ask for clear guidelines, even top of the top management would refuse and say “let’s see how it goes when it gets there”. So no one knows what to do when disasters happen. They hire any Tom Deeek and Harry from the most irrelevant industries to fulfil high skilled / professional jobs. If I could pinpoint a specific non-local manager, she favours staff with no desire to promote and throws those with ambitions under the bus with every opportunity she finds. Management also came together to cook up a plan to “fine” staff for mistakes. God knows what they want to do with the money. Internally, staff tease one another in the most insulting manner possible. Truly a circus
