Free Food on Saturdays Decent Pay Depending on. when you're hired good coworkers

Cons

Abusive/Toxic Management Horrible Scheduling (They take away off days) Heavy Favoritism(if you're not one of the favorites you're probably not selling cars/getting much help) Unneeded tension sometimes bewtween Sales/Service departments
