      Freedom to control your own territory. You, and no one else in the company, own it. It creates lots of opportunity

      Cons

      You can't really negotiate anything on your own. Any changes to pricing or a proposal requires management approval, which creates a similar used car salesman atmosphere.

      So many different people to work with. Many of the customers truly appreciated our being there and staying late for them.

      Cons

      No room to advance unless you had a degree, unwillingness to allow room for growth. If you inform management of misdeeds of others they would not do anything about it. When it came to upselling.
