There are a lot of people with bad attitudes who won't help you when you need it. It's a small company, and if you're not related or a friend of the management, you're always on the chopping block. Training is minimal, even when you're not familiar with the corrugated industry. Get a tiny bit of growth and hire a bunch of new people, only to have a rough patch a get rid of employees. Laid off a pregnant woman while I was there, and that came off as poor ethics to me. It was always kind of chaotic.
