I find this highly motivating, as I know what I am putting the work in for. - The leadership team is very experienced, highly driven and eager to share knowledge and support the personal development of their employees. - The team spirit is great; I've felt very welcome from day 1 on and appreciate the highly collaborative and supportive way of working.

- It's a start-up so there obviously is some ad-hoc reprioritization from time-to-time, so you should be comfortable with some ambiguity

- We have regular feedback / development sessions with our team leads to see how we can grow our skill set and expertise or take on new tasks - Vantis works on a problem that impacts millions of people and it feels great supporting that cause - The team is laid-back but ambitious and very open to help - The leadership is flexible with working remotely

- In terms of diversity, there is room to grow (but leadership already communicated that they are working on that)
