- We have regular feedback / development sessions with our team leads to see how we can grow our skill set and expertise or take on new tasks - Vantis works on a problem that impacts millions of people and it feels great supporting that cause - The team is laid-back but ambitious and very open to help - The leadership is flexible with working remotely
Cons
- In terms of diversity, there is room to grow (but leadership already communicated that they are working on that)

Pros
Vantis develops digital solutions for patients with cardiovascular diseases. It’s a very exciting domain and to me it feels very rewarding to help patients with the products that you develop. The team is highly motivated and focused on delivering high quality products. The work atmosphere is great and allows for flexible work setups.
Cons
Some of the processes are not yet as well defined as for more established companies, but this is a topic that is continuously worked on.
