Pros
There is a parking garage that is for employees only. However, there is barely enough spaces for everyone for when everyone returns to office. There is a very nice coffee machine when it does decide to work and there are two stalls in each bathroom. There are nice views from the fourth floor of the workplace. There is a routine as you will be doing the same job over and over again and there is no room to grow,
Cons
My manager and my teammates use to talk about people all of the time. They would talk about people flirting with each other. They would talk about other managers and other teams. My manager even told me they talked about me at one point. I expressed how highly inappropriate I thought this was and they responded with "well what am I supposed to do when I have an open door policy." Well was it a true concern or someone venting and gossiping? This should have been a huge red flag that something was off. Remember if they can gossip about someone else they can gossip about you too.
