1) It's a small team, so easy to get recognition for work 2) Everybody treats and gives importance to you equally from CEO to colleague. 3) Flexible timings. 4) A lot of learning experience that you can't even get after 2 year what you can get here in 6 months.
Cons
You may face a bit difficult in the begining, but it's worth joining. Some times you may need to work late nights as it's a start-up.
