* Abusive Management: The management is full of shrewd employees who do not do their work (requirement analysis etc ) well and never addresses the problems of the developer. IN SOME INSTANCES MANAGERS ARE FOUND TO VERBALLY ABUSE DEVELOPERS TO THE POINT THAT THEY RESIGN. * Some of the senior developers indulge in predujiced behavior towards some under performing employees and tend to hide the performance of well performing junior developers. * CEO has no idea of the dangerously toxic environment in office. * Managers are incompetent. * Working way beyond office hours for too many days and sometimes work saturdays and sundays as well without comp off. No work life balance. * The code is clumsy and they work with primitive ideas.

You may face a bit difficult in the begining, but it's worth joining. Some times you may need to work late nights as it's a start-up.
