      Havent found an issue that couldnt be resolved start up so there is some growing pains but were all eager and willing to put the work to get it done

      Strong technical team, low bureaucracy, fast pace

      Cons

      Ridiculous tenure based parking assignment, new hires are almost guaranteed to not be able to park on site. Operations management is a mess and out of touch with the daily needs of employees. The small frustrations of easily solvable problems of the employee experience are worse than any technical challenges.
