Pros

The other VCCs, field coordinators, MECs are good people

Cons

Do you like being forced to take unpaid leave while in the same breath the CEO brags about how well the company is doing? Work here! Do you like being micromanaged in 5 different ways down to the millisecond? Work here! Do you like being managed by fear tactics? Work here! Do you like having zero consistency when it comes to expectations and guidance on the job? Work here! Do you like “competitive pay” that is less than what a brand new grad nurse makes and the company justifies it by saying you are lucky to work from home (while being micromanaged more than any nursing job you’ll ever have)?Work here! Do you like having annual merit bonus taken away and being the only department in the company that has to work extra/overtime in order to get “bonus” money? Work here! Do you like not being able to advance and being stuck in a position where you are treated like a robot with zero intelligence and skill? Work here!

Pros

Remote, that’s it. It’s flexible in that sense.

Cons

Every bad review is right- very poorly managed. Insane micromanaging, company not afraid to break labor laws and not pay you if they deem you’re “not productive”, if you have an emergency they will not let you off without making up time. Also, you’re better than this- pay is so so low for RN role. Oh and management has some very unstable personalities, I had a manager teams call me after I sent a message asking for guidance- to yell at me about sending the message to the wrong group. Apparently this is the norm, people will bing you for not adding a 15 min break or for being on a chart too long. Weekly meetings, even if you meet or exceed production expectations they will still expect more- and will doc your time if you’re not sitting there working non stop.
