Pros

Vatica has grown a lot in the last few years and it is great watching the various internal stakeholders collaborate to meet the aggressive growth goals we have year over year. The leadership team is open to feedback and works to ensure culture is solid in a mostly remote work environment

Cons

In this stage of growth, it is important to be flexible and adaptable, but it can lend to frustrations when processes and people are changing.

Pros

Remote, that’s it. It’s flexible in that sense.

Cons

Every bad review is right- very poorly managed. Insane micromanaging, company not afraid to break labor laws and not pay you if they deem you’re “not productive”, if you have an emergency they will not let you off without making up time. Also, you’re better than this- pay is so so low for RN role. Oh and management has some very unstable personalities, I had a manager teams call me after I sent a message asking for guidance- to yell at me about sending the message to the wrong group. Apparently this is the norm, people will bing you for not adding a 15 min break or for being on a chart too long. Weekly meetings, even if you meet or exceed production expectations they will still expect more- and will doc your time if you’re not sitting there working non stop.
