      Nice location, working open source

      Cons

      Very poor product market fit. No tooling (pay from your own pocket) or autonomy due to poor leadership. Industry standard approaches not able to be taken due to micromanaging. The turnover is truly monumental, almost 80%+ every two years, and each one is a vote of no confidence in the management.

      Pros

      The starting pay was reasonable, but after 3 years it doesn't change much.

      Cons

      Extremely overbearing management with significant micro management, not an environment where you can converse without there being a hidden agenda. Extremely toxic work environment. Small mistakes are framed as insubordination and are sometimes called out in team chats as examples.
