      Pros

      Interview Process - From the first invitation call through to the second stage interview the whole process was really smooth, welcoming and well structured. Everybody was really friendly and the interviews were more like genuine conversations and questions rather than a strict assessment which helps massively as this made me more relaxed during the process. Onboarding - My onboarding process was very informative and there has been lots of support. I was given a clear plan from my manager to follow and how best to help learn the role and the business. On top of that my team were very welcoming which has made me feel more comfortable and confident and In the first few days I was introduced to many people from other teams in the office who have also made me feel very welcome. Overall this has left a very positive impact on my views of the company and I'm excited to progress my career within Vaultex.
