Vaultex UK Response
5yThank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been positive whilst you were working at Vaultex.
The IT function are going through a process of change at the moment and want to get this right for our employees. We pride ourselves on our Senior Management team and are confident that they are taking the business in the right direction to improve our business. We have an active recruitment campaign to recruit new talent to help with these exciting projects that we have planned over the next few years.
Mental Health and Diversity - Our employees mental health is very important to us at Vaultex, and it’s so important to us that we have a culture where people can talk freely about their mental health. In order to achieve this all managers now attend training in how to support people with mental health issues. We also signed the Time to Change pledge in 2017, ensuring we prioritised the mental wellbeing of our people and work collectively to break the stigma attached to mental health. This has been achieved by building a Speak Up community where our people share their experiences, assigning mental health first aiders across the business and providing support tools to all employees. We also have mental health first aiders and offer access to free support through our 24/7 counselling services. In recent years Vaultex has dedicated a lot of time at Executive and Board level to discuss strategy that encompasses all areas of diversity. We recently signed up to the Valuable 500 (becoming one of the first 500 companies to put disability discrimination on the board agenda) and the Race at Work charter, underlining our commitment to racial equality. Gender equality is also a topic we have focused on, partnering with Work 180: a company that accredits employers with a genuine commitment to supporting women at work. We won’t stop here either. Encouraging and embracing diversity has always been important to us, and we are continually searching for ways that drive our entire diversity agenda in line with our vision and values.
We are sorry that you didn’t feel supported during work and didn’t feel that you were given the opportunity to develop your skills. This is something that you would have an opportunity to discuss during your reviews with your line manager. We have lots of resources to help with the learning and development of our employees.
Equally our HR team work hard to support all of our colleagues and ensure we have the right people in the right teams. Which is why you have a dedicated HR Business partner that is available to you to discuss any concerns you have. In addition we have worked hard during the last 12 months of COVID to ensure our employees are still communicated to whilst homeworking and still run all of usual campaigns, including a Virtual Hero Award Ceremony, to recognise our peoples efforts.
Unfortunately we won’t be able to address every point on here, but we hope the points highlighted above can satisfy the majority of your concerns. Of course we find it disheartening that you view Vaultex in such a negative way, however appreciate your thoughts and comments and wish you all the best for your future endeavours
