A) Flat organisation. Management is easily accessible and open for any improvements B)Practise transformational leadership at all levels. C) Believes in gender diversity. D) Give equal Importance to CSR and sustainability projects. E) High power comes with higher responsibility. So, work life balance is bound to be compromised.

Haven't come across any major cons though.. small glitches will be there everywhere. It's upto us, how to resolve.
